Our services
Full Service Equine Medicine
We offer a wide array of mobile services for your hoofed companions including preventive care, internal medicine, acupuncture, lameness services, emergency visits, and reproductive health. Let us know how we can help with your equine needs!
Routine Small Animal Care
We offer routine vaccinations and checkups for dogs and cats without the hassle of having to transport them to a veterinary office. This is especially helpful for pets that are either too old to travel comfortably or those who get anxious at a veterinary office.
At-Home Euthanasia
Deciding when it is time to say goodbye to your faithful companion is the one of the hardest parts of being a pet owner. We offer at-home euthanasia services to take some of the stress out of this final act of kindness and help your pet leave this world with dignity.
Veterinary Acupuncture
As a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist Dr. McNally is excited to offer this service for your pet. Acupuncture is used primarily for functional problems such as pain and inflammation. If you believe acupuncture might be beneficial to your pet, get in touch!

November 11, 2019Mike Shane SwiftDr. Emily was amazing. She got here and was very sympathetic to our situation. She took time and showed 100% love and respect to Libby the dog and our whole family. She also booked us quickly due to the urgency of the situation. Much appreciated that you were so great in our trying time.❤️

Dr. Emily came out the day after Memorial Day to help us put our dear 16 1/2 year old Bosco the beagle to sleep. I communicated with her during the long weekend and she was incredible and was so compassionate and loving. The day she came out was very emotional for our family as our Bosco just couldn’t walk but he was happy otherwise (he had a suspected brain tumor). My adult child was very upset and emotional; she gave us lots of extra time to get ourselves together and to grieve this emotional day and to spend extra time with him. I can not begin to Thank her for everything that she did for our family in such a difficult time for everyone. Thank you and we will never forget what you did for us. July 30, 2018Kelly DixonKind, caring, and very professional. Took quality time with Jax. Honest answers to all questions we had. Explained everything she was doing. She is so easy to talk to and very informative. We got alot and are so happy to have found her. All while Jax wanted a belly rub and 5 small kittens were terrorizing her. Thank you Dr. Emily for all you do.

Dr. Emily is amazing! She came out next day (could have been same day but didn’t work out for us timing wise, we wanted one more night with him) to euthanize our sweet Diesel who was done fighting his fight with cancer. She was so sweet and compassionate. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. She was soft spoken, kind, and so loving with my little guy in his final moments. We definitely recommend her services! ❤️

We just moved to Spotsylvania last August and recently just met her to do acupuncture on two of our dogs but she has given us great advice and her expertise on other things. My husband, the dogs and I feel like she is part of our family already!! Great vet and kind soul all in one!!!
